Watts Homes & Construction designs and builds our new construction communities and homes around this philosophy:

A house is more than a building, it’s your home. A neighborhood is more than just streets and houses, it’s your community.

One of the many things we love about being Builders is watching a neighborhood come to life. Each one eventually develops its own personality. It’s a little like watching your kids grow up.

We follow simple rules in building our communities:

1. Design the neighborhood so people can feel safe and comfortable in their surroundings
2. Build homes that create and maintain their value for every homeowner in the community
3. Stay connected to our communities so we can keep on top of the needs and wants of homeowners

Our goal is to develop new construction communities that homeowners identify with. A place they feel attracted to. We want to give them that sense of comfort you can only find at home. We know we’ve done a great job when our customers have their family members and friends moving into the neighborhood. That’s a very proud moment for us.

We have built great communities and a tremendous amount of trust with our customers over the last 50 years –
