Tightly constructed house, easy to heat and cool. Quiet. Drainage only fair in neighborhood. Surprising increase in HOA dues in view of no clubhouse. Overall, a convenient location, nice neighbors, responsive developers.

I have been very impressed with the Watts Construction team from the first moment I began talking about moving into a free-standing condo in 2016. I fell in love with Cottage Pointe Condominiums on first site though it took me two more years to decide to buy there. Throughout the deliberation process I could always count on Joy Watts to lead me through the many decisions needed to downsize my living quarters. Since moving into my condo in July-August 2018, I continue to be positively impressed with my introduction to the area, the Watts team's availability to answer any question - large and small- and the excellent construction details put into my new home.
