Joy Watts graduated from Hope College with a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Business Administration. She has been around the construction industry her entire life. Joy joined Watts Homes & Construction full time in 1992. She received her builder’s license in 1995, real estate license in 1998 and an associate broker license in 2003.
