Comstock Commerce Park

Comstock Commerce Park is a light manufacturing industrial park located in Comstock Township, on approximately 95 acres and is developed into 27 lots and 2 parcels ranging in size from 1.37 to 20+ acres. Several lots can be combined to make larger sites if necessary.

This park has all utilities installed including city water, sanitary sewer, natural gas, electric and telephone.

The park also has a central drainage site for storm water and site drainage to alleviate the need for retention ponds on each lot (some of the larger lots may need some on-site drainage) allowing maximization of each site.

There are NO front foot costs or assessments. There is easy access to I-94 by all-weather Class A roads.
